Good therapy starts with a good fit between client and therapist. I offer a free, 15-minute initial phone consultation to introduce ourselves.
Greenspace Health
Free
To increase the likelihood of success in your treatment, ALPHA Counselling utilizes the Greenspace Health program. You will be invited to create a confidential and personalized mental health profile where you will receive electronic assessments, surveys and data related to your progress. With full visibility into your own results, you will be engaged in tracking progress, trends and patterns outside of therapy sessions. Profiles can also be shared with other health professionals.
ALPHA is a Pet Friendly Space

A pet companion can bring powerful mental health benefits and improve your counselling experience. We welcome well-behaved pets at our office. If you plan to bring your pet, please indicate this prior to your appointment to ensure we can set the space up ahead of time.

Ella is registered therapy dog. She is a rescue, shephard-cross, large breed dog who embodies patience and calmness. A gentle soul by nature, she may be a pleasant addition to your session.
